Red Wagon Properties is a full-service property management company specializing in real estate investment management. Regardless of intent, many homeowners are becoming investors by default – unable to sell their homes, renting becomes the most cost-effective option. We handle portfolios of all sizes – anywhere from 1 to 30 properties. Currently, we only manage properties in San Antonio north of I-90. Every owner has different preferences and comfort levels when dealing with their investments, so we offer you a personal relationship and customized services.
